I ordered a birthday gift for my husband first time using this company. Lady calls me later that day saying she could not deliver it was too far for her driver. And no other locations would help. This has been 2 weeks and still have not been refunded my money. I called store many times no answer no one returns my call. Iv called head office who seems too do nothing. I had to resort to reporting it to my cc company. I'm highly disappointed and would never recommend them to anyone.
