My wife (who was born and raised in "The Burgh") and I were showing friends the City. We took our friends to all of the areas of interest and were walking to Market Square when we passed by the Milkshake Factory.
Having moved away from Pittsburgh a number of years, this was one of many businesses in town that was unknown to us. This was something that I simply could not pass up.
After lunch at Primanti's, I was able to convince everyone that a milkshake would be a great way to top off our visit.
The line was long but the ordering process was quick. The menu is varied. I ordered a peanut butter & chocolate. It was very thick and delicious. At $7 per, it is pricey. However, I would definitely say that it was worth it.
