Can't wait to return for a mushroom burger. Usually restaurants will serve a vegetarian burger made with soy, beans, or grains, but Paul Martin stands out from the rest. The restaurant's Three Mushroom burger https://youtu.be/A93Np5gMzt0 is so good and hearty, I never want to eat another grain burger. Get them grains outta my face! PM's burger is a thick patty made of all 'shrooms and cheese. It's topped with arugula and aioli between a soft bun. Fantastic flavors. Order it with side salad, fries, or cole slaw (?). Yum yum.
