I guess I'm not so upset over the care I received as I was over their lack of care about the care I DIDN'T receive. I had scheduled surgery and was looking forward to having this problem taken care of. I rushed into making the appointment. Then I realized my new plan had a high deductible. My last plan was a co-pay but I was priced out of that one this year by obamacare. So I called back to cancel my surgery and not one of the 3-4 people I spoke to even ASKED why I was cancelling. Well, I had to cancel BECAUSE OF OBAMACARE.
