I was going to be dropping my car off at the Hyundai of Tempe after work, cutting it really close to the time this Enterprise closes for the night. I got stuck in really bad traffic and called Hyundai to tell them I was running late and asked if I would still be able to get a rental car so late in the evening. I was a little concerned with how blaze the guy was saying "yeah, no problem".
So I pulled into Hyundai probably around 5:55 (both Hyundai and Enterprise close at 6 PM). Before I was even done talking to my friendly Hyundai servicewoman, Donna, the guy from Enterprise already walked in saying he was ready to take me to my rental car whenever I was ready. So we got in the car and drove to the Enterprise in the Auto Loop, pulling in probably around 6:00. When we walked into the office, all the employees who were finishing up their side work and closing shop all greeted me surprisingly warmly especially considering I was keeping them past closing hours.
I wish I remembered the name of the guy who helped me, it was something awesomely tyrannical, like Cicero. Anyway, he was really friendly and helpful. Took his time surveying the car, explaining everything to me, and listing all my options for gas, etc. I so appreciate that even though they were passed closed, I had such a great customer experience here!
