The only thing good about this office is the Dental Hygienist. But she must only work part time. When they schedule you for an appointment they keep calling you to change it. I had my appointment changed three times within a month. The dentist is too rough. He pokes around like he is under the hood of his car, instead of my child's mouth. My teenage son and daughter refuse to go back there. They have had to wait over an hour from their appointment time. The environment is not pleasing at all. This is the final straw: My husband was given a treatment that was not cover under the insurance, but they offered it to him at a reduced cost. He accepted and the invoice was created that way. When he got up to pay they changed it back to full price then swiped his card. When he called them on it they re-swiped for the correct amount and "void" the original cost. Their processing company pulled both amounts from my bank and not the void. I had to cover the money from savings to keep things from bouncing. I am still waiting for the processing company to refund the void.
