I had made an appointment in person to get tint done on my Silverado about 5 weeks ago, he wrote it down in their book and gave me a card with my appointment on it. So I go in there on Saturday 10 minutes before noon and it seemed like there wasn't a lot of people working. While I waiting to be helped the guy behind the counter was cussing and asking a new employee where 3 different workers were and two had gone to get parts and the third was MIA. Finally when he asked me if he could help me I said I was in to get tint and he said his tint guy isn't here today. Then he asked who made my appointment, I didn't remember but told him I had it on card. He said the soonest he could get me in was April 2nd and I just walked out the store. He didn't really apologize and offer to make it right. He basically didn't care for the business I felt . . . . . . . I was extremely disappointed and the fact that a place with "tint" in the title of the shop and only one tint person who isnt there on a Saturday is really unprofessional. I already got my tint done. And will not be returning to this place ever again.
