If I could put 0 stars, I WOULD. First of all. The owner is so unprofessional and is a liar. I brought in a vintage Lillie Rubin dress ($500 dress) that I bought many years ago. I dropped it off to have a button sewn on. When I came to pick it up, they told me that they have ruined the dress. I said "How could you? all you did was put a button on it." Apparently, they had dry cleaned the dressed and ruined it. Even WITHOUT showing me the damaged dress and I even asked for it several times. He offered to refund me the money after filling out a claims form but the owner lied to me and told me the check will be sent to me and it never was. I called, went back and just wanted to be done with it. He assured me that he would send out the check. To be fair I asked them for replacement of $150 (originally $500) for the cost of the dress and two weeks later they sent me a check for $75. I cashed the check and did not pursue it because I don't even want to deal with the owner another time. ANYONE THAT HAS NICE CLOTHES. DO NOT EVER TAKE THEM THERE. IT IS A NIGHTMARE Long story short. Came in to get button sewn on and they destroyed my vintage dress without even showing me the damage. I hate unprofessionalism.
