Dropped my car off at 7am, my service advisor said, I'll call you "later" to let you know what's going on with your car but I didn't hear from her the ENTIRE DAY? Odd but I thought it was because they were busy. They close at 6pm so starting calling around 4pm but kept getting sent to vm. I started to think.. well nothing is wrong with my car or she would have called to discuss cost, so just assumed she is just too busy to call. I keep calling and after several calls with no return call back from her, I ask to speak to service mgr. they sent me to his vm. After several more calls when I finally speak to a different service advisor I find out Suzette left for the day and he says my car will need to be kept there for 2 or 3 days! First time hearing my car would need to be kept there 2 or 3 days, she didn't mention that when I dropped the car off or when I made the appt. a week prior. That's something I needed to know as I have medical appointments I need my car for. When Suzette had to leave for the day she should have had another service advisor call to update me. Just not good customer service.
