This is more of a 3.5 star review. Obviously the seating in this theater is a big problem, while it is intimate and you can see Louie really well no matter where you sit, it is too cramped the way they have it set up. No one I was sitting next to was happy in the slightest.
As far as Louie himself, he is a very good, intelligent comedian whose real skill came out when he interacted with the audience. I found that was his best material was during his improvising. I found myself during the performance really liking Louie as a person, and found his performance to be endearing in the way he discussed his life and his family.
Obviously this might not be worth the $60 they charge for the show, but there are so many places where you can get half off and 2 for 1, and also get the tickets outright free from ShowTickets4Locals, that this actually makes the show a great deal and worth going to.
