Such great service! Brought in my older DC-65 because it was not suctioning from the base and we had taken it apart, put it back together, and couldn't identify or fix the issue. A gentleman came out immediately after I entered, promptly took my vacuum to the back to check it out, and came back 10 minutes later. He had fixed the issue (by removing what was stuck in the mechanism that moves to connect the base to the suction hose), he gave me some information and instruction on how it works and how to clean and troubleshoot it. I inquired about some of the new models in the showroom, and he answered my questions and gave me a demonstration. When finished, he carried the vacuum out to my car for me, and did not charge me anything. What a great find for Dyson vacuums in the Phoenix area! I will be utilizing their cleaning and maintenance services in the future as well. Highly recommended!
