Go by the reviews, always!! First of all its in Sun City, all the volunteers are 70+ years old (Shirley). I get it I will be at that age, one day. At check in had to repeat my cell phone number two times, and when I got taken back to my mom (who was the one getting major back surgery done) the nurse (Sharon) had a completely wrong cell number. Not making this already major surgery flow any better, no warm fuzzy feelings here. Nurse (Marissa) not even making eye contact with my mother, when my mother asked her to, Marissas response "I can't right now" .Syringe on the floor in my mother's room really nurse (Aneta) there's a sharps bin directly in front of you! Some CNA'S were nice (Rhonda) others like (Cynthia) just rude. Physical therapy Don, was really nice and informative, keep up great work Don! Treat these patients as if it was your mother, aunt, sister, dad..you get it, no need to continue. This place from our experience is about quantity, not quality. Do your research people!
