Never have I been so disappointed with a nail salon! I came to this salon because the sign outside the salon advertises $15 gel polish. Upon arrival I got a pedicure which was great but the design that was done was very poorly executed. My mother also got a pedicure and asked for a design which they waited until the very end of our visit and didn't even do the design she had shown them, and they charged her extra for something she didn't even want, she also asked for the same design on her finger nails and they didn't even do the design on her nail. After my pedicure I moved over to the manicure station, where I wasn't asked if I would like my cuticles cut or not. The nail tech just started cutting away. The manicure was uneven and I was left with lumps in my polish. After 2 hours when I finally got to the register I found out they charged me $8 extra to get my cuticles cut that I didn't even ask for and I didn't even get a massage. I am very unhappy with my service here and will not be returning. Don't go here!
