Maybe it's because I lived in upstate NY before this (you know the more hills, the more work that goes into the right shoe finding), but I have found way better running stores than this.
For example I went in one day and asked to have my gait analyzed and be fitted for shoes and the response I got was:" is anything wrong with your current shoes?" - i had sandals on so no one could have drawn any conclusion from the shoes i could have been wearing.
I said:" I asked to be fitted for the shoes you have in this store by you analyzing my gait while I run. Can we have that done here?"
Response: "are you a neutral or over/underprone..."
At that point I just gave up on having them fit me since it didn't seem to be a thing the employee wanted to do that day maybe because there's some sets of staff that know so little, they might just as well bring down the reviews for the place...
Do yourself a favor and go to a shoe store like the one in Naperville IL, and if you think the shoes are expensive there just write down what you tried and then go and get it on amazon or with some google coupons on the brands website. BodyNSole may have been good in the past but it seems like they are really lazy this year.
PS: 12 half marathons and 5 marathons in the last 2 years. I go through a lot of miles and a lot of shoes. I sort of know what I'm talking about.
