If I could give this place a zero star rating, I would! The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. The gentleman that took my vitals wasn't paying any attention to what I was saying, and actually admitted that he wasn't listening. The doctor (Francisco Urbina) walks in and is talking so loud, I literally told him he was way too loud and it hurts my ears. At this point, I'm just fed up. He spends 3 minutes in the room with me at which point he spouts off about what is going to be the course of treatment, and walks out. 15 minutes later a different person comes in to give me a shot. 20 minutes later another lady comes in to draw blood. 20 more minutes later I get my prescription and discharge paperwork. Now everyone fills out a form and lists health history, medications, allergies, etc right? Well, they didn't look at mine! The doctor gives me an antibiotic that I clearly stated on the form I'm allergic to! So what does this tell you? If I wasn't paying attention, I could've walked out and possibly taken a medication that would harm me. If you value your time and wellbeing, do NOT go to this facility! We'll see if in fact I get the results to my blood work!
