I pick up the telephone and call the salon ask if Leila was available. She said this is Leila and I ask if I could come in for a cut. She said sure come on right now. I walked in the door 5 minutes later and she is just starting to cut someone who just walked in! She said I would now have to wait. No I won't and I'll find another salon.
