This place left a bad taste in my mouth. My husband and I registered for one of their workshops, since we are planning on starting some home improvements soon. When we arrived, no one knew where the workshop was located. We asked 4 employees, before someone finally called to find out. Anyways, after 10 minutes of walking around aimlessly, we were told it was cancelled. Without any sort of notification. But I sure did receive a confirmation when we registered. I get that the workshop is free, but that shouldn't be an excuse. This is how you gain, or in this case- lose, potential customers. Very disappointing and a waste of our time.
