We love this place. Wait, that is an understatement. We LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE this place! First off, the fusion of Chinese and Italian cuisine is absolutely crazy! I totally mean crazy awesome! When we first checked this place about a year ago, we were so skeptical. I had some pasta fusion (I don't remember which one I ordered that time) and some of their sweet and sour broccoli (my fave) and zucchini tempura. It was soooooo good that the next 2 consecutive days, we came back and tried almost everything on the menu. That same week, I remember bringing my mom in there and we ordered several dishes for dinner. We have been busy for a couple of months and we haven't had the chance to drop by (it was also a bit further from home).
Well, last night, we were in the area and decided to have dinner over there. As usual, the food was consistent and never a disappointment. My favorite sweet and sour broccoli is never a disappointment. It is the best ever. EVERRRRRRRR. The service was super excellent. Jackie, the owner's daughter was very accommodating. When she found out I was vegan, she told me that she can modify certain dishes for me (before, I would just tell them to not add the meat). She honestly told me that they use oyster sauce and chicken broth (I would have never known) and will substitute something vegan to accommodate my lifestyle. Typically, most people would just tell me to leave the meat off, but she told me that she will substitute tofu instead. I was so surprised to how professional she approached this not-so-common situation. Our water was refilled constantly (that's a regular to them). Their servings are huge. I mean HUGE. I'm a big eater (I've tried almost every single buffet in Vegas) and I always find myself having to take some left overs home from Pasta China that I would eat at 4 AM in the morning. The price is unbelievably insane! I am not exaggerating but you can order a single dish and it will last you an entire day. I will definitely come back over and over again. Maybe even today. LOVE IT.
