Kind of upset, trusted Discount Tires for about 15 years and 6 sets of tires. Today I left my car in their care for over 2hrs to get $1000 set of tires.
Came back received my key and come to find my car is unlocked and the engine running sitting in the middle of the parking lot.
Not only that the low pressure light is on. No one seems to be bothered about either.
Steve said he would take down my name and find out who is responsible and I was told to drive my car around until the low pressure lights goes out.
I have 2 cars almost the same and didn't have to do this with my other car when I got a new set of tires a couple of months ago at the same location. The tpms system light goes on when the tires are under 29 pounds (should be 35).
Just don't feel very good about this location anymore.
I'm back an hour later. One of my new tires is almost flat.
