I agree with a lot of the other reviews about this place. The technicians here are so insanely rude. They give hardly any feedback about what to do if scheduling appointments. They get smart with you if you ask how much longer etc. And that's after waiting an hour and a half. Look, I'm not new to getting blood wk etc. I've scheduled appointments and waited hours even after the fact. Sometimes I think if they purely just don't like you for some reason, they will intentionally make you wait longer. If you don't like your job, my God find something else in the medical field that you will enjoy. The Patients should be treated kindly and with respect. Isn't that what the hippocratic oath is all about?! I wish sonora quest would include 'treat humans kindly' in their job descriptions when looking for potential employees. If you can avoid this place, please do. They don't deserve your insurance money, or copays.
