Purchased a Groupon for mani/pedi. I walked in the door and was not greeted (as there was no one at the front). I waited a few minutes and someone came up and I told them I had an appointment. There were only 2-3 clients in the salon and I was told they'd tell the technician I was there. I waited no less than 15 minutes and when the technician came out, she said no one had mentioned I had arrived. I was there for about 2 hours which is WAY too long. The technician was as sweet as could be and I have no complaints about her attitude but the product was just not great and the pedicure didn't last. She did a good job on the manicure.
