I have eaten here before. I had a salad that I thought was actually pretty good. Today, I decided that I would order by phone and stop by and get it since I had limited time. It was apparent that you were speaking to a call center somewhere right from the start. Very impersonal. I could barely hear. It was obvious she was using a cheap headset. I was a little surprised that they wanted payment over the phone, and would not allow you to pay in the store. I think that is very poor service. I took my business elsewhere. As a result, I will no longer be eating in this store either.
A quick look of reviews showed that others have complained about the call center as well. Its your business. Run it how you want. Just know that you are losing business.
