This was an ONLINE order....not directed to this store or a reflection of this store in any way. But there's no place on Yelp to review online orders. Pier 1 online is by far the worst online shopping experience EVER! I placed an order for a table and 2 chairs on Feb 16. I received notice that everything would deliver Feb 24. That did not happen. Received 2nd notice that delivery would take place on March 1. That day came and went. I have now received notice that I'll get delivery on March 7. I contacted customer service and they blame the issue on the fact that they use a 3rd party delivery service and their tracking systems do no align. I contacted them again and asked that they make it right and get my items delivered today. No response. I'll never order from Pier 1 again. I ordered a number of items from Wayfair at the same time and received all items, including furniture in less than a week. Pier 1 clearly cannot play or compete in the online retail arena. Really disappointing.
