I called 3 times, each 3-4 weeks apart, never heard back. The last time her answering machine said to make appts online, so I did. Got an email confirming appt, day of appt she didn't show. Waited 20 mins,called her to see if she was on her way and left a voicemail, never heard back. Don't waste your time or money. Luckily Groupon gave me my money back.
