What a lovely hotel! I arrived early for a meeting and the fabulous staff at the front desk got me checked in an I was able to take my luggage up to my room before my meeting! My 4th floor room is lovely and well-appointed (even has usb plugs on lamp at desk!) and an in room mini fridge to keep my water cold, awesome! Finally, the catering staff at the ServiceNow User Group meeting were delightful - friendly and helpful! Well done everyone at the Hilton Phoenix Airport; thank you!!! Housekeeping even crafted a little washcloth bunny - too cute!
