Worst customer service ever. Two girls avoided eye contact and carried on a personal conversation when I was holding bags of books and obviously looking for assistance. When the one girl finally did help me she glanced briefly at my books and refused all of them because they were too worn. Half of them were nearly new. And they mark up their books by 900%!!!! Ridiculous. I won't be returning. I'd rather support a more honest used book dealer.
