huge fan of sliders ...so when i read about slider truck, i insisted on stopping by.
they have about 7 slider types - their first kind are their angus beef and the other are vegetarian. we ordered their popular items - barby, pep pep and the caprese.
wait was short...less than 10 minutes from start to finish.
barby - delicious bbq sauce and excellent meat. i loved the caramelized jalapenos!
pep pep - more standard affair. the meat was a tad more dry but still good nonetheless.
caprese - i loved that eggplant steak w/ fresh mozzarella!! so delicious. =)
all buns had a nice crispness to them, not soggy or oily at all.
each slider is $3. total for the 3 should've been $7 but they charged us $5 ...maybe cuz they were getting ready to pack up. thanks, guys!!!
love the enthusiasm the employees have.. they greet people with fist bumps. good times.
