I've been going to Dr. Roos for the last few months for hormonal acne due to coming off birth control. Let me say, Dr. Roos and his staff is very helpful! When I first called to get an appointment, the staff was very helpful setting up my insurance and appointment. Usually I have to wait a month or two to see a new doctor but luckily I got in next week! So far, I have never had to sit in the waiting room for more then 15 mins and I am always in and out of the office within 30-60 mins. My skin is very sensitive so Dr. Roos goes the extra mile in prescribing meds that won't irritate my skin and recommending the correct OTC face washes and lotions for me. So far I have seen a big improvement in the quality of my skin.
I would recommend his office to anyone who wants to feel like that their physician care about them!
