The WORST TOWING experience ever. Vehicle broke down. Called Phoenix Police for safety assistance. They dispatched a tow truck which ended up being the worst decision we could have made. This company showed up after an hour. We asked to have our vehicle towed exactly 2.1 miles to our destination. Was given no indication or pricing or anything before the attendant hooked up our vehicle and took it to the location we wanted. When it came time to pay, our bill was $325- for a 2.1 mile tow. Asked if we could have some sort of break due to how low the mileage was. Was told no. Told them we didn't have the money at which point they threatened to impound the vehicle and tow it away to a yard that was approximately 20 miles away and have us pay for that mileage as well. 20 miles at their rate of $162 per mile is $3250 plus whatever unknown impound fees we would have incurred. So unprofessional. Total absence of compassion or willingness to do the right thing. No integrity whatsoever.
