I just returned from a trip and used Park 2 Go. I thought I would try something new... I had reservations about leaving my car keys but my fears were totally unfounded. Everything about it was excellent.
I booked and reserved my spot online which was easy.
The staff were all pleasant and smiling, so nice to see for a change.
Check in was literally as easy as handing them my car keys, hopping on the shuttle ( they leave as soon as someone is on, they dont wait to fill up the shuttle). The whole thing from the moment I arrived until I was in the terminal was less than 10 minutes.
When I returned, I just called them from my cell at the airport ( you can text too) with my tag number and my car was waiting for me upon arrival back at the lot, again with no waiting for a shuttle.
Everything about this was top notch, great prices, hi tech system and most of all smiling happy staff that seemed to genuinely value customers.
I will definitely return.
