I started my research of local Las Vegas area auto window tinting businesses and quickly focused on DC Auto based on previous reviews. I stopped by and spoke to Jessica who walked me through the various tint materials (Elevated, Ceramic, Nano Particle). She took the time to explain the differences, advantages and pricing between the three. Being new to the area, I asked what was their best seller and she quickly pointed out the Ceramic at 15%. I then asked which was legal limit and she said 35% was the closest within the Ceramic line. I opted for this to maintain legality and also for night vision driving. I scheduled an appointment for the following week.
Upon arriving a little early, Delano (I think that as his name, if not, please accept my apologies) came by within a couple of minutes to verify my choice. Both Jessica and Delano offered to apply the 35% ceramic to let me see how it looks before cutting and permanently (relatively speaking) the film. I found that level of service to be more than I could've asked for. I gave Delano the thumbs up and he finished job in less time than was originally estimated. Aside from a few streaks, which disappeared within a few days, the installation was fast, professional, well done and no issues.
Jessica made sure I knew about the Yelp check-in which offered a discount. What customer service. I highly recommend DC Auto for all your window tinting needs. They are honest, fair, fast, professional, and above all, friendly and customer service oriented. I don't usually write many reviews unless the service was memorable in some fashion, good or bad. In this case, it is definitely the former. You won't regret choosing DC Auto.
After a week, my only regret was not opting for the more popular choice of the ceramic with 15% visible light transmission. Oh well...
