Came here looking for my dress last weekend. The store is really beautiful and although I ultimately didn't choose any of the dresses, I had a really nice experience and would highly recommend the place. Charlie (who was helping me out) was really genuine, helpful and not pushy. She listened to what I was looking for, gave myself and my 2 friends time to look through the dresses and then suggested a few herself. When I was trying them on she helped me when I needed it (she stood outside the changing room and only came in when I asked her to - compared to some other places where they don't give you any privacy at all!) and then gave myself and my friends space to evaluate the dresses ourselves. She also allowed us to take photos which is particularly important to me since my mom couldn't be there. There was no hard selling going on and I didn't feel pressurized or rushed at all. I had the first appointment of the day and about half way through, another appointment came in but they were led into a fitting room in the back of the store so we weren't in each other's business and we each had plenty of privacy. There were 2 dresses which I particularly liked but Charlie didn't push me to buy either of them and instead wrote down the details of both for me.
