The very first time I went to this place, Terrie did my mani pedi. When I left I was happy. Until the next day when my "gel polish" started peeling off. I called and the manager Donna said that it was probably because I was in a pool. Well that wasn't the case I was never in a pool. I went back and Terrie re applied the polish. She said because I was taking prenatal vitamins its what caused the polish to peel. I left once again and thought it looked good. Two days later the polish peeled again. I was very disappointed.
I was searching for another place to go to and thought I would try this place again. I called and spoke with Samantha and scheduled an appointment for 4 of us for July 4th at 2:30. I asked twice to make sure that they were staying open all day because of the holiday she told me yes twice. Two days later on the 4th, 1 hour before my appointment I get a voicemail from Jessica stating to call her back. When I called her back she tells me they want to close early and would like me to go there immediately. I would have, however I was in the middle of getting my hair done and couldn't. I told her she is putting me in a bind and that I verified they would be open and that I was leaving that evening for vacation. Jessica told me that she would talk with the techs and get back to me. Ten minutes later she calls back and states they don't want to stay open and couldn't take me. I was very upset knowing that ALOT of the nail salons were closed because of the 4th. I expressed how upset I was and how unprofessional that was and I would not return to their business. Jessica stated "well that's fine".
After calling 15 different salons, finally found one open and had a very good time and my nails were perfect.
I will never return to this place. I suggest that anyone even thinking about going think twice. I have heard bad stories about the techs not caring and forcing upgrades to increase the price. It is not worth it and there are better places to go in town.
