Even after reading the reviews I still wanted to at least try Davids Bridal. I called to schedule an appointment and was on hold for over 10 minutes. I hung up and called back and the same lady put me on hold again and did not come back on the line. I thought ok I'll see how long she will leave me on hold. 37 minutes later I gave up. I haven't even been to the store and can attest to the poor customer service or complete lack of it.
