Returned to Mom's last night after gym/dinner to a, *ahem* shitty situation...after many hours googling YouTube videos, and being thoroughly grossed out, I retired for the evening, and knew we'd need a Plumber. First thing - before 0800 - I DMd several highly rated plumbers on Yelp. All returned my message promptly. JJ was first, promised to come by 1000 (and did!) an excellent Yelp find.
This is a family owned business with more than 30 years of residential and commercial experience. JJ is one of the owners, and couldn't have been kinder or more helpful, his prices are reasonable; he's returning tomorrow to replace a part in the guest bath toilet.
So, in less than 12 hours I went from being SOL to a satisfied customer of this company we wholeheartedly recommend. Thanks JJ!
