I'm so so so disappointed! I bought the living social deal for this company and signed up for a month of cleaning services. After two visits they sent me an invoice for the following month's service which I then responded by telling them I wouldn't be continuing services after the promotion runs out. For my 3rd visit, no one showed up. I contacted the company and a girl told me someone would be by the following morning. No one showed up. I kept my gate unlocked all week and no one ever came. I'm assuming because I didn't continue service with them they kicked me to the curb. They cleaned my filters which was nice, but never refilled my chlorine pucks during either of the visits. I eventually just wrote them an email and told them not to bother coming by again. I'm not going to leave my gate open when no one is coming. They're either A. Unorganized or B. Don't care about you unless you're a regular full paying customer. Which is terrible because I will not be referring them to ANYONE. I should of read the reviews beforehand. Sounds like this has happened to other people too.
