Stayed here with my family for 3 nights on hotel points.
Pros for the hotel
Great location for all things you would want to do in Cleveland.
Nice front desk staff that is very helpful.
Free breakfast which was good.
Game room.
Upgraded by request to suite for being a platinum member.
Clean comfortable room with hardwood floors.
Nice amenities in the room and bathroom.
Cons for the hotel.
Short handed front desk staff has to handle phones while checking people in. Management is nowhere in sight at this hotel. They seem to hide in back office.
No clear signage where the parking garage is. Had a lot of confusion during check in.
Housekeeping never answers the phone, so you have to bother the front desk staff with their issues. We had no service one day and after requesting we were shorted towels.
All in all it was a good stay, but should have been a lot better.
