Super easy to book an appointment via their website, and communication was too-notch from Bruce before the appointment. Eric serviced our carpets, we chose the 6 rooms and hallway for $198. He arrived on-time (even gave us a 1-hr courtesy call!), and was very professional and friendly throughout his time in our home. He moved quickly, but thoroughly, throughout the three levels of our house. His cleaning solutions didn't smell of pungent chemicals, on the contrary - they were very pleasant smelling after he left.
He was able to remove stains that I thought were not possible to remove, and our carpets look so, so wonderful again.
