The shop is much larger than it looks! Small, nondescript storefront, but you'll be surprised at how much bigger it is when you enter. The shop is fully stocked with a good selection of cigars and accessories, with a nice size lounge area. Rami was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Oftentimes, when a woman walks into a cigar store or lounge, she's overlooked and all the attention goes to the man. Not the case here--Rami was as helpful to me as he was to my hubby. Offered information about humidors and purchase suggestions based on our preferences, not his. We liked that he was not pushy and took the time to find out about us. We're still newbies, but we like what we like. Even though we had stopped at another cigar shop just prior, because of Little Havana's great variety of cigar brands we bought more with confidence they will be good cigars. Excited to try them out by the firepit, with a nice glass of port. Just hoping the outside temps will finally cool down significantly in the evening so we can report back on the experience. When we stop at Total Wine, there's never anyone to ask about cigars. Since we can depend on Little Havana's knowledgeable staff, we will be back, even if it means traversing the entire valley--it's worth it!
