For the most part, I agree with Lauren S. I went in for my neck and it was neglected!!! The entire staff was awkward and unfriendly. I really feel like I wasted an hour of my life. She couldn't locate my tight areas even after I had asked her to work on my neck 3 times! Even more shocking is the last 2 times I went there the service was amazing! The owner was there she was so friendly and both therapists had years of experience and worked the aches right out! I just feel like the service is inconsistent. This time it was so bad I honestly suggested I should leave 40 minutes into my session. The reason why I will never go back is because the lady at the desk wasn't cooperative when I told her I would be back if she would grant me a discount for the terrible service. All I got was an excuse that they lost a good employee. I didnt care if it was $5 off I just really felt like I was scammed into thinking I would get good service everytime I went. Im dissapointed. Im not angry just very very very unsatisfied. GO AT YOUR OWN RISK.
