Still have yet to actually get a massage here, but was disappointed to find out that my 5:15 appointment was canceled upon arriving at the office, in which the receptionist had called me at 5:07 to tell me the massage therapist was sick. I understand the place is busy and rescheduling is difficult, I have no issue with that, but I find it very frustrating that I took time off work, drove there in traffic, only to be turned around. Someone couldn't have called me a little sooner? I doubt it happened that fast...
I'll update once I actually have a massage there, if I decide it's worth it.
