I am changing my review as my one prior was before the hassle, pain and lack of organization my son and I were put through. Appointment after appointment the wait to go back was almost unbarebale seeing how the attention span of a young boy is short and with the gaming system "they so call have" that's never on or working it makes it hard to have a 3+ hour dentist appointment.
As the years went on I just kept dealing with this as this office was very close to home and his school I figured it was still worth it. The last 2 months with this place have been absolutely pathetic to put it best. When it came time for my sons routine cleaning a cavity was found which led them to require a filing. This filing was scheduled that day and we went on out the door. 3 weeks passed and I took my son out of school to get his filing done only to be called by the receptionist Andrea 5 minutes before the appointment while I was already pulling into the parking lot to inform me that she messed up and did not schedule the procedure correctly and had to reschedule. After being very upset that they waited till 5 minutes before and my son was already signed out of school I once again was stupid and rescheduled. In the mean time I was called twice to reschedule the same appointment and after believing today he would FINALLY have his filing they gave him to much Ativan and made him sick to his stomach with once again missing another day of school and no tooth repair and instead spent his whole day vomiting. I will never I REPEAT NEVER go back here or will I recommend it to anyone. EVER.
