Was looking for a good non waterproof liner and have a birthday gift card to use at sephora so came in to do a little shopping.. I was super excited to go into this store since my friend that got me the gift card loves and adores all the brands that there is to offer.. so after getting out of work and going home to wash my face and throw on my pj's I ran into the store 30 mins before closing. .as I walked in I could see two guys walking around asking people if they needed help. One was at the counter seen me twice and didn't say any thing... the other had to be flagged down by my niece 10 mins into looking around.. and he kept asking her all the make up questions and acted like I was invisible. ..now I had no make up, grungy after 10 hours of work and the one in need of make up and after my niece having to explain 10+ times it was me that needed help..he finally knowledge me. They not only treated me like I shouldn't be shopping there ..they had very little knowledge on the make up in their store... so that is why I will be rating this a 1 star. Step up your customer service skills, get people who treat all women coming in the same and/or maybe some girls who know make up not these little boys who clearly need a make over themselves. So disappointed. ..guess I'll be regifting this gift card.
