We had some repairs that needed to be done on our roof. I called a couple of contractors for estimates. Rather than just being content with a quick fix he dug deeper and found the root cause of some patio roof issues that we had and explained things to me in terms I could understand. And best of all the estimate that he provided was significantly less than what I had received from other contractors.
