Terrible terrible place to lease or buy a car. They were rude, they lied and they had us sitting there for 5 and a half hours...once they got the sale their tune changed and they ignored us, made my daughter late for work and made it seem like they were doing us a favor by leasing a car to us. Our credit was good so there weren't issues there it was their lack of communication, honesty and respect that I write this review. Horrible Pat O Brien should be ashamed to have these people represent him. Our salesman was Mel, the finance guy was Donnie and the sales manager was Tony. Very disrespectful service.
