Extra Space Storage in the South End has been really great to work with. From my initial move-in, to ongoing support, they have been super professional to deal with. Their facility is the cleanest of any storage facility I've used and most units are easily accessible for loading and unloading. It is also climate controlled and neither too hot or cold during summer and winter months. Brian, the manager I deal with, has been especially helpful when rate increases occur. He always explains the current situation and ensures as a long time customer I will always be treated fairly and pay a fair market rate. I only wish other business were this honest and great to deal with.
