I have had nothing but issues with billing since I joined. It's a new business and they definitely do not have their operations side together and their front desk staff is close to clueless and incredibly unprofessional. They conveniently forgot to tel me I would have to pay a "annual" $40 fee, 1 months after joining. This was automatically withdrawn from my account and took close to a week to be returned. When I decided to cancel my month to month membership because they're so slow they don't have any children in the Kids club, the operations manager talked me into freezing my membership so I didn't have to pay the NEVER disclosed cancellation fee. Just to find out I'm being charged to have the account frozen. I called to discuss this fee and was told by the front desk person he could help me with this issue. After explaining the situation to him and listening to his excuses about how the operations manager is new and doesn't really know what he's doing with memberships and "was doing you a favor", he told me he doesn't have authorization to work with the accounts and I would be better off calling Monday through Friday from 9 to 5. Feeling like another person in there just wasted more of my time I asked him why he told me that he could help me in the first place and his response was "I can't just pull five dollars out of the register and give it to you " They seem so desperate for memberships that they are not fully explaining all the financials with it and telling you what you want to hear just to keep members.
