I really don't believe in acupuncture, except for one thing - IT WORKS! I started with Dr. Ahn in January after years and years of shoulder and arm pain. I had a failed rotator cuff surgery at Mayo three years ago and have been through numerous sessions of physical therapy. But within weeks of being treated by Dr. Ahn, I felt relief for the first time in years. As we continued, I experienced increased relief and ability to move my arm/shoulder with way less pain. Dr. Ahn also helped me to understand what physical therapy I should be continuing at home - stretching not weight training. Now, eight months later, there are days that I don't need any pain meds - astonishing. Also, if any of your are golfers, my index has dropped from 16.4 to 9.6 since I have been working with Dr. Ahn. He brings his medical training and his acupuncture together to truly provide treatment that I was unable to find any other place in ten years. Thank you, Dr. Ahn. By the way, he is a really good guy - wonderful patient interaction.
