Last year I went to fast fix and had great service. They replaced the band on my antique ring. It was actually thicker than the original. The jeweler also cleaned my other ring while she was filling out the paperwork. Today I went back with a necklace that needed repair. A gentleman looked at the necklace, said it would be more than the necklace was worth, seemed very uninterested in any further options so I left. Went to another jewelry store, they offered one simple solder and new chain for less than 20.00. Two stars are pretty generous , but last years good service helped.
