This place did away with their self check out about a year ago and installed mini check out lanes. I really like the deli sandwiches but I wish the line moved more quickly, especially during lunch. The people who work that counter are REALLY friendly, but not super time efficient. I would suggest taking a look at Port of Subs' sandwich assembly line as an example of a fast and efficient sub make line - they strive for 60 seconds per sandwich. Anyway, this place is usually really clean even though it is pretty much always packed and nearly impossible to find parking. The Starbucks inside could use a little help in reading though, I pointed out that one of their signs was wrong to FOUR different employees and it stayed wrong for almost five five months! "We also New Hot Teas" - missing the word "have" and infrequent capitalization.
